- Yes. The Free plan lets you track up to 3 subcontractors at no cost, with full AI certificate reading, Florida license verification, expiry alerts, and magic-link document collection. No credit card is required to start.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is your trial — track up to 3 subcontractors with full AI certificate reading, license monitoring, and alerts, with no credit card and no time limit. When you're ready to track more, upgrade to a paid plan; you're billed monthly or annually (annual is about two months free) and can cancel anytime.
- What are the FOUNDING15 and FOUNDING20 codes?
- Founding offer for early adopters: enter FOUNDING15 at checkout for 15% off any plan for life, or FOUNDING20 for 20% off any annual plan for life. The discount stays on every renewal for as long as you're subscribed. Founding slots are limited.
- What counts toward my subcontractor limit?
- Each subcontractor record you actively track counts as one toward your plan limit. Free includes 3, Starter 25, Pro 100, and Enterprise 500. Documents, license checks, and upload links are unlimited. AI certificate reading includes a generous monthly allowance (Free 30, Starter 300, Pro 1,200, Enterprise 6,000) — enough to re-read every tracked certificate many times over. Only the number of subcontractors is capped.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal and the change takes effect right away. Upgrading instantly raises your subcontractor limit so you can keep tracking more subs.
- What happens when I reach my plan limit?
- Your existing subcontractors stay fully tracked — nothing is lost or hidden. You simply can't add a new subcontractor until you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit or remove an existing one.
